Tennessee States
Just made my room reservation at the Best Western...for the cake of course in the KILLER restraunt attached. Was told to inform all others thinking about making reservations to call in soon if you want the ground floor at that special rate of $49.99 a night.
For those that are not attending the HP regionals in MO this is the place to be! See you there.

Check in on the 20th and out on the 22nd. Too far for me to start driving home at the end of 2 60 shot matches.

Hawk, the info is on the program. Be prepared for the deserts at the restraunt...not to mention if you can get through one of the meals.

Re: Tennessee States
Dad had to work. He missed a beautiful drive. The Pink lady and Mr. Gator put on a good shoot in both Georgia and Tennessee. Thanks to both of you.
You know the vest is the secret. I keep telling everyone that it's way to hot to wear one.
I moved up to AA in both classes. I'm having some beginner mental issues. I need a spotter/decision maker. I started out on rams in the second match. I hit the first one and shot over the next 3. I adjusted down 1 min then I hit the rail. So like a big dummy adjusted back up one minute for the next 5 and shot over all of them. I felt like they were good shots. I need to start trusting my shooting more. The bad shots were probably the first hit and the rail shot. I should have taken the bright sunshine and afternoon heat into my decision making. I talked to Carol on the way back from setting the one ram back up. We talked about the conditions. Then I got with it and ended up with 8 chickens, 8 pigs, 6 turkeys. Terrible start that ended up pretty good.
I will make a post with some pictures from Hiawassee.

Hay Y'all
I am pleased to say the Tennessee State Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Championship matches are filled.
48 competitors will enjoy a balmy summer day in Chattanooga.
