McAlice, Were You Able
Bob, Were you able to spend any time with that Gary Falkner dude at the CRC, before he took off for Afghanistan to swiss cheese Bin Ladin? If so, did you impress the importance of traveling any distance and not shooting cheap ammo?

Jim, this guy is a hero and we should take up a collection so he can resume his mission. I bet he could do it if allowed by towel head governments. And another thing...I will continue to use the SK std. plus for all and any matches I choose to attend. I never had any issues with it in the past and dont care if it happens again.
Sara and I just got home from camping on some BLM land this weekend. Saw a funny sight. Three late teens or 20 something males stopped just up the road from us to shoot at clay birds with a shotgun. The kid throwing them with one of those hand plastic throwers was on the right side of the shooter. He had trouble getting them to release and they were going all over. One just missed the kids head that was shooting. A few throws later one hit the gun squarely in the action pissing off the shooter.
Finally the guy throwing got on the kids left side, much safer for the shooter. What a funny sight that was.

Jim, that 'cheep ammo' part was great. I think Bob would have told him to take only the best handloads.

Hero? I think this clearly shows what a deadly combination of alcohol, Rambo movies, and Soldier of Fortune magazines can do, next thing ya know you are in the middle of nowhere being escorted to the authorities by a couple of goathearders! In Afghanistan of all places. I think that if you needed a hero of this kind, I would lean more toward Carlos Hathcock.

Even Pakistani goat-herders know a head case when they see one.
