I thought that Clemson would have a cheddar/monterey to give it that "tiger stripe" look. I some how thought that you would find something Mary!

Their Blue cheese has enough Tiger stripe to it. Almost as good as the ice cream, but they haven't figured out a way to ship the ice cream yet.
