Magnolia Match this Saturday

Post by atomicbrh »

The first Smallbore rifle and Air Rifle Match of 2010 will be held at Magnolia Rifle and Pistol Club in Jackson, MS. this Saturday, March 9, 2010. Due to the demand for range space and other factors I must have a minimum of 5 shooters outside of my family members e-mail me by 3 P.M. Thursday afternoon that they paln to shoot the Match. You do not have to shoot every rifle. If you want to shoot just Standard Smallbore and leave. That is OK. If you just want to shoot Sporter Air Rifle and nothing else and leave. That is OK. I just need a minimum of a total of 5 shooters to hold the Match.

At 4 P.M. the Thursday before each Match this year I will send out an e-mail to my e-mail group plus a topic on Steelchickens Clubhouse whether the Match is on or not. If you see the Match is on, have not e-mailed me and want to shoot at the last minute. Come on to the Match! I have plenty of room for you to get on a relay.

We have new concrete firing lines that are really nice. Julie and I put on some good monthly Matches.

I have two shooters already that have e-mailed me they are going to shoot.

I need three more to put on the Match.

Duckgumbo, bring Jerry B. out of Silhouette retirement and come shoot with us. I know he has put together a Smallbore Rifle again and it is less than a two hour drive. I'll let him shoot in B class or maybe create a C class.

Thanks,
Bobby R. Huddleston and Family

The Match for this Saturday is CANCELLED!

I only had three people that wanted to shoot. I could not justify shutting down two firing lines for less than 5 competitors with so much demand for range time at our club.

Thanks,
Bobby R. Huddleston
