Mister Marv says August. He works faster than the barrel maker. That will give me plenty of time to work on my trigger jerk and general wobble. The fun part is the waiting.
Hey, wanna buy a Remington 700 VS in a McMillan stock? Very cherry ex-SWAT gun. I know the smith that put it together and the prior owner who didn't shoot it. I got to sell it to pay off Marv.

We had trophies as our turnout was small. What I ended up doing later is getting generic engraving so we weren't stuck with class trophies where there was one shooter or less. Another club offers cash or trophy to the winners, but you have to come back again to pick up your hardware. One year I ran the state meet. We had an additional cash prize feature if we reached a certain number of entrants.

It was 3 days old, kept in an ice chest at the nationals last year. The temp was over 100 every day and the mayo got a little ripe and old tightwad got a little sick. Well I thought it was funny.
