Dont go there much myself very over rated....you are right the water sucks. The water around the reefs up my way are much clearer and full of tasty bugs.

The reefs up your way require air rifle tanks, man look at all those shots you are wasting when you could just go to Grand Cay, stand on your head in 4 feet of water and catch them bugs, in clear water.

The trick here is they love the out of the way places, cruise ship docks ,piers, rocks in very shallow water. most everyone else looks in the deeper patch reefs. I can free dive to 30 feet...but it leaves little time to look in the rocks. so go to the odd places and catch em there......But I know its better in the Bahamas...hehehe
