I have been looking at the different Pharr stocks on this sight. I am not totally clear on the differences, and the pictures, as nice as they are, do not reflect the differences. From what I have gathered, the R/T is more of a blocked/flat bottom forearm for people that use open hand or fist to rest their gun. The R/Ts is for split finger hold. Do I presume that the stock is narrower to accomidate that hold? I do like the raised comb for cheek weld. Are there any other distinguishing features that I cannot detect from the pictures?

There are only two major differences between the R/T ( first generation ) and the RT/S ( second generation ) stocks. The width of the stocks in the fore section of the trigger guard is the same in both, except the RT/S has a more profound radiaus in the edges to make it more comfortable to people that use the split finger hold. The other major change is that the cheek piece in the RT/S is about 3/8" higher than in the R/T model, this change in the height of the cheeck piece is what makes it pretty tricky for anybody trying to do the inletting on this style of stock that is not familiar with the sillouette rules.
