Does anyone know, for sure, if the Bisley Scope Maximizer is legal to use in smallbore rifle silhouette competitions?

I don't see any mention in the rules that would suggest that it was illegal.

It is perfectly legal. Don't know why anyone would want to use one but it is fine to do.
