Two weeks ago, I received two new Pharr style stocks RT/S models. They were flat tops, the outside looked great, minor wet sanding, and they are ready to either paint or hydrodip coating. After inletting, there were a couple of minor air pockets that could be covered with the bedding epoxy. I talk to the maker, and he is changing some of the process to make the interior chemicals to flow easier, and fill up the small pockets that I encounter.
The outside skin is carbon fiber, and is primed with a grey primer paint. Right now they are only available in right hand, and flat top, so they can be inletted to just about any action out there, good for either Smallbore or High Power.
So far of all the imitations that I seen, this are the best, specially the outside finish.

This is great news!!

Evelio's OP was timely as I entered the market for a stock on the same day. I contacted Frank via email and he quickly replied, I promptly got in line for a stock. It was finished and shipped in a couple of weeks. As stated above the stock is very nicely made, just a little sanding will be needed for it to be ready for paint after inletting. Mr. Carrillo has a fine product and customer service to match.
