I have only missed about 3 of the Classics over the 20 years. I have shot with shorts, long johns, been sunburned, been in raingear (before target setters), prayed for some breeze to move the heat and had difficulty standing in the wind, ducked hail and gagged on the pollen. Just can say it is good preparation for Raton, except for the pollen. As for packing for the trip. If you got it, take it along, you may need it

since they are forecasting 15 mph on saturday and 22 mph winds on sunday, I think we should shoot at night when the wind is only forecasted to be between 5 and 8 mph.
The parking is just right for us to turn on all headlights and illuminate the targets.
Just a suggestion.
See you there......

They are saying WSW @ 22mph. That is almost a true left to right crosswind on that range. NO hill for a climber?????
