My stock is starting to show some wear spots. Not as slick and shiny in some areas. Anyone know the secret to revitalization? Info would be appreciated. Brylcreem ain't working.

Do a search on YouTube for "buffing gelcoat". Most of the hits are going to be for marine applications but should be applicable.

Another option would be to actually take it to a marine repair facility and pay them to buff it.

I can only speak for myself but I would hit my favorite automotive paint supply shop and pick up the color of my choice or just some clearcoat if I like the current color. Break out my spraygun from my toolbox, fire up my compressor after prepping the stock for paint and spray it. Give it a few days to cure well, then colorsand and buff the clear. If you like a satin coat then that requires an additive for the clar and some experimenting to get the amount of satin finish you want.

I have always gone with full polish on stuff I have painted.

If that white spot is a flash and you're just worried about the slight scratching shown, then just look up buffing the clearcoat as has been suggested. There's no need for paint or anything else.

No, I don't want to re-paint or re-finish. It has some places on it that are dull. Picture was to show type of stock only. I do wood. I didn't know if this type of material could be polished, and the shine or gloss brought back. Or if it needed to be re-coated with something.
