Haven't heard anything yet Mick, but the Silhouette Committee I believe usually doesn't meet till sometime in the middle of this month.

My wife & I are setting our work program for next year and we'll need the dates this month. I'll get onto the Silhouette Dept in a few weeks and see what they say.

Just back from 6 months in the desert (only fired two shots - feral cat) and looking forward to getting to the range to roll a few "animals".

I heard the silhouette committee is meeting the first weekend in November.

I talked to Greg last week and he told me the proposed dates for Cowboy are July 2,3,4,5. SB is July 13,14,15 and HP is July 17,18,19.

I just spoke with one of the Committee members and he verified they meet next month.

PK, I looked really hard, but I can't fins WHERE the CLA nationals will be held in 2014! 2015, no problem - lots of comments about that.
Some must know Where, because we know When.
Those of us in "service" need to know far in advance so we can put our bid in for that time - but need to know where.
Raton again? I seemed to have missed the message.

If it goes over the July 4th Holiday, it looks like I'm not going to be able to make it again, for two years in a row.
Just don't like being away from home over major holidays.

Looks like we'll have to wait another few weeks before things are confirmed, but for the moment I'll plan initially for early July

Al, I don't know what SB is - small bore I suppose. What about BPCR? Any word on those? I hope they will be adjacent to the CLA matches.

Last I heard Scope BPCR is June 24-25, Iron BPCR is June 27-28. The National 22 BPCR is tentatively scheduled for the end of July but they are looking at these dates. Glenda Graves may have a 22 CLA match on June 22 before the BPCR matches start. This is all hear say but the dates for cowboy are exactly what I heard also, July 2-5 and all are at Raton.

I sure hope they don't do that. That would fragment the shooting community so completely I can't imagine the impact it would have on attendance.
