Are stick on pads legal, eg Beretta Gel-Tec pads? Believe Kick-Eez makes one too. Thanks.

"Stick-on" in my humble opinion is debatable. The rule from the 2013 rule book says in part:

"....safe trigger is allowed. Stocks must be of original configuration. Recoil pads, replacement buttplates, and
removable cheek pieces are allowed."

The key is removable. Is it removable? Yeah but it's not like you can untie it and put it on your other gun. It's designed to stay where it's put in the first place. I don't think it's designed to be be moved from gun to gun or even position to different position. Before you stick it on I'd check with the NRA (who knows it might help) for an answer. That is unless someone out there has already tried it and been approved or had the idea rejected.

I have seen "stick on" pads on at least a few rifles that shot in last years Nationals.... They were the foam variety about .25-.35 thick....
