Burris Signature rings walking on my CZ 455 (11mm dovetail)

Hey folks. I've been dealing with a problem with my gun for several months now and it's time I get it sorted out one way or the other. I have a CZ 455 American which has the 11mm dovetail on it. I learned when I first got the gun that items designed for the 3/8" rails do not fit perfectly on the 11mm and so I purchased an 11mm-specific set of Warne rings which solved the problem.
Later on, I got into the Burris Signature rings system for a couple of other guns and was so delighted with the posi-align ring system that I upgraded my rimfires to the same system. The Burris Signature Rimfire ring set has a set of extra mounting tabs so that it can be used for either 3/8" or 11mm dovetails. Using the incorrect tab, the bases won't even fit onto the 11mm rail, so I am quite sure that I am using the correct tab.
I found that when you tighten the cross-bolts to mount the rings, it is not until the bolts are almost fully tightened that they even start to resist movement. They need to be cranked down very tightly to form a tight grab on the rail. After shooting a few matches and having a lot of unusual misses, I realized that the scope rings were walking forward ever so slowly from the accumulated recoil (just standard velocity CCI ammo). Over the course of a match day, I can see the base move forward a few mms which causes me to need to adjust my point of aim to compensate or else set the rings back again to where they started. As you can imagine, this is annoying and distracting.
I have shown the rings to several experienced shooters at our matches and they have agreed that the ring bases do appear to have the correct angle to grab onto the 11mm dovetail and that they are indeed being cranked down VERY tightly and still they manage to start to walk after a hundred shots or so.
I have been in contact with Burris about the issue about three times now over the past month and every single time they tell me that I just need to tighten the cross bolts more. At the provincials a few weeks ago, one fellow helped me tighten them down so tightly that it bent a Canadian two-dollar piece before turning the bolt any more. They still manage to walk on me.
At this point, I'm about to give up on getting these rings to stick correctly on this gun, and I've lost hope that Burris is going to be any help at all and I am going to have to come up with another solution, which I think will be to add a weaver style adapter to the gun and then use a set of signatures with the weaver base so that there's no ring walking.
The only 11mm-to-weaver adapter I've found so far that looks like a good solution is made by BKL, and shown below, but I cannot find them in stock anywhere and I was wondering if someone here could recommend a product that would be readily available by another manufacturer that would help with my issue. I just want something to adapt my 11mm to a weaver base and I'm happy.
