Since I cannot find 125gr jacketed bullets for my .357 mag and I'm going to shoot up what I have in Texas this weekend, I'm thinking of trying some cast bullets.

Can someone please recommend a brand of .38, 125 gr cast bullets that you've had good results with? This is for pistol cartridge so it only needs to be accurate out to 100 meters with a relatively light charge.

Thanks.

Dustin

If you can get hold of them, the Berry's Plated 125's work very well in my Puma .357. I backordered at Brownells and it took about 3-4 weeks to get them in.

Dustin,

A few of our guys like the bullets they have been getting from Friendswood Bullet Co. http://www.friendswoodbullet.com/
They seem to be good quality bullets and you will not beat the price, $31-$35 per 500 count.

I've had very good luck with a Plated bullet from Xtreme Bullets.
I use the 125gr. subsonic with Trail Boss. You might try something faster.
thanks, Dennis
