Man, what a shock to the system. Three days of high 80's then back to snow and cold this morning. 27 F and 3-5 inches expected today. That's OK, the Mrs. and I will be walking on a Maui beach Thursday morning....celebrating our 40th. 8) I'm gonna surprise her by going to the clothing optional beach first. :)

I got some pictures I will put up later tonight. The shoot off between JB and Oneil was one of the most boring ones I have witnessed. The best of five format killed only one turkey. The only steel Oneil hit was the rail. Way to go JB!

Someone may have Dustin, I didn't. However, the results should be posted on our site by the end of the week or sooner. http://phoenix.riflesilhouette.com/

Trent, no c-clamps on the chickens. I traced a chicken on to corrugated plastic sheet and set it up with the rest. It was intended for a special shooter who failed to show up on time during practice Friday. There were a number of shooters firing on it and little chance to retrieve it during the the day on Friday. I tried to keep all informed that it was a fake but not all got the message. By the time the special boy arrived some one hit the the top of the foot block and blasted it off the stand with fragments. There will be plenty chances to bag him in the future, I made up five of them.

Here are some pictures of the weekend at the Ben Avery Shooting Range. Photobucket changed their format with out telling me and this is how I muddled through getting them on here.....

Sorry for the late post of Photos, but here it is:

http://s1120.photobucket.com/user/relts ... ate%202013

For anyone who would like to download the photos from Photobucket, just double click a photo and in preview mode look to the right side under Media.
Look for the "Download" button to download the photo you want.

I will also send the link to Yoshi, so he can update the AZ Club website.

Thanks, Dennis Ostler

I'm still waiting for the "clothing optional" photos.
On 2nd thought maybe not - got a good look at the Photobucket pix and I think this groups looks better when fully covered.
