started it all. Reports from AZ HP indicate that after leaving Broke Back Mtn McAlice for Olga, now JB has left Olga for fellow fickle 259 who left Pete stranded in NY. So there leaves poor McAlice in such pain that he rang many rams with his 7-08 and didn't win. Bonner is trying his darnedest to help and cheer up poor McAlice, maybe they will both shoot better today.
Rumors from Sandy that most of the Broke Back Mtn crew were polite and behaved themselves while enjoying lasagna the other evening. Keep up the great appearances CO.
All the while I remain here in FL innocently shooting a local sb and studying for a hemostasis test, have fun and may the best shooter win. Keeping them guessing Tony and JB.....

Mary, Some how 259 seems to get off the hook in all this, well I've heard of shooters wanting to beat on their spotters, but what about the spotters that want a different shooter, not saying any names but could use one that knows left from right!

Chineese couple named Wong had a kid, it came out black, named the kid Something. When the spotter calls 2-3 minutes of left wind, shooter dials it in and then breaks in the animal and the shot goes almost a full animal over to the right, guess what? Sumting Wong!

And there lies the problem ladies and gentlemen.... it was a right to left wind
<-------- . Certainly sounds more like a spotter direction issue, but when you drive around in a big circle all day or night and guess it gets confusing right from left

Jerry, I dumped 50 something rams all weekend with the magnificent 7mm-08 Remington. Hits were all over the animals and all fell . Not so much for the 6.5's. Even the CO champ lost one.

Does this mean the 6.5 is so much better for accuracy on the C, P and T that you can ring a Ram and not even sweat it because you are still going to win in the end?

My newly purchased 708 was a direct result of my Hero worship of the Infamous Bob McAlice and his 7-08 Ram smiting Wonder Gun....!

Some years ago I actually had a fantasy that I might be able to stay ahead of the Guru on number of 7-08's, silly me! At the time we both had 3, now I'm just hoping to be in his will.

Do you suppose he plans to leave each of us a 7-08, a Leupold 12x40, and 200 pieces of brass?
