We were going to show up Saturday for the Open class but we had a tennis ball size Hail Storm of biblical proportions Monday afternoon. It basically destroyed my truck, the awning over my shooting area, the shop, and much of our house. We want to support the first Air Rifle Nationals especially when it is only 3 hours away but it is impossible this year. The folks in Baton Rouge cannot ruin food. Participants will enjoy the food in that area. Hope this year is a great success and there is another Air Rifle Nationals in Baton Rouge next year.

Bobby, I saw some pictures when visiting a customer Tuesday in that area. That was the mother of all hailstorms. The SUV I saw pictures of was not even driveable. It looked like an avalanche hit that thing. It's amazing nobody was killed by the hail. Anyone caught out in the open would have been in very bad shape. Sorry to hear about your damage.
