That little black truck looks like a Toyota. My F150 will rip the axel out of that big dumper.

Hey Grenz, You talking about yourself again? 90 years old? Wow I would have given you credit for being only around 87!

Everyone sees a picture in different way! Most would see what appears to be a Komatsu Haul Truck trying to be moved by a pickup. Being the artist that I am, I see the mighty 6.5 caliber (left) trying to be moved around by a 7mm (right), also someone hanging out the window on the truck, so I'm assuming that there is a driver. Further more I see Snake and McAlice in the pickup truck (not knowing when to give up the ghost)! I think after the folley that was, one turned to the other and said that "They were going to top off their day and call Lapua and ask them to make some 7mm bullets".

Beckley, your intellect and wit never ceases to amaze me.  Someday Lapua might wise up and cash in on the 7mm bullet market. They won't get my business, though. Sierra and Hornady make all the nice .284 bullets I will ever need. 8)

Bob, why would they make bullets for a sickly 7mm? :ymdevil:

Lapua makes fine stuff. They do not make anything 7mm....including anything for the world's most popular hunting cartridge the 7 rem mag!!That's just the way they are....and they are very generous when it comes to goodies for my regional. :ymhug:
That said...i take exception to the term 'sickly 7mm'.....consider that the 6.5 was adopted as a military cartridge by Japan and Italy...that worked out well for them. Secondly on this very site several 6.5 addicts were discussing 'killer pig' loads...apparently the 6.5 was leaving pigs!!! My 223 will take 70% with 55 grainers =)) But i understand when fellas get older or have physical issues they need that lighter recoil of 100 or 120 gr 6.5's combined with their de'celerator recoil pads and sweat shirts under their vests etc. Interestingly most 6.5 other than BR's use the same amount of powder and have a shorter barrel life, fewer bullets to select from and no accuracy advantage over a 7mm. But they are fashionable :))
