Please get your forms for the Party filled out and sent in before December 31, 2012 so that we do not have to cancel the Party. We MUST have a minimum of 50 participants to the Party to be able to host it. We are going to give away many great prizes from our sponsors such as rifles, scopes, knives, and all the other great items that we have donated each year. Budweiser, Tony Chachere's, Blue Bunny Ice Cream and West Texas Pepper Traders are going to again be major sponsors. Come and just party with Jerry and me or come and party and shoot in the 23rd Annual Southern National NRA Regional Air Rifle and Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Championship match being run by Dustin Flint, Jerry Tureau and a host of great guys and gals from our usual cast of characters! Either way, you will have a LARGE time!

Please note that the number of downloads for the Match Forms and the Party Forms are not the same number of downloads. It is my understanding from Dustin that each Match participant WILL have to participate in the Party. The eliminates a problem of whom to serve meals to as well as all the other accoutrements along with the Door Prizes.

Just an observation from my point of view!

I just got a PM from Missouri and true to their motto, I had not "Shown him" on the entry forms the dates of the rifle matches. I apologize and want everyone to know that the dates for the matches are Air Rifle on Friday June 7, 2012 and Smallbore Rifle on Saturday and Sunday June 8 & 9, 2012. The Party is Friday and Saturday and all door prizes will be given away on between noon on Friday and 6 PM on Saturday.
