I'm in need of a "pointed trigger guard" for a model 54 sporter .22lr. Any help or info will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean pointed trigger shoe?
Do a search for "special trigger shoe" (Anschutz p/n 9716) on the Champion's Choice web site and see if that is what you are looking for.

Its the trigger guard made for the old 54 sporter imported or known here in the US as a Savage-Anschutz. A fine rifle made in the 60s.

Yes, lone ringer that is the one, the older S/A. I know it's a shot in the dark, but I had to try. Numrich arms(gun parts.com) had it about two years ago, but didn't need it then.
Thanks

harley1,
Look on Ebay, I've seen them on there in the past. It may take a while to find one. If memory serves me right, a gunshop up in the New England states was selling one on there, but that was some time ago. If I run across any in my travels, I'll let you know.
