Should be back in Ridgway, PA in 2013. Dates haven't been set yet, but usually are in June/July time frame.

Ridgeway, Raton.....Ridgeway , Raton...I miss the old days when they actually shot in diffrent places. To bad for us. I miss the variety in Range host locations.

Ridgway and they will be at the begining of August. Not 100% sure of the dates but they will be the first part of August.

DavidABQ, left Raton today from CLA nationals, will be back for smallbore and HP at the end of the month, as will a bunch of the lever gun gang. Look forward to meeting you there.

The Colorado crew will be there in full force as usual, {it's a 3 hour drive]. About a dozen of us this year.

I will be the guy in a hat with a stupid grin on his face.

I try and wear that stupid grin as well but sometimes my scores make it fade a little. I love that the nationals are so close but loathe those shale covered berms that sit 8' back from the targets. That range is tough to shoot at with the wind that comes down the mountain and changes direction between the targets and being slightly uphill, is that enough whining? Because I could go on and on, makes me really appreciate our local ranges, their very nice.

Oh and I love how it rains like a SOB every afternoon but at least the rifle racks are under the cover...no..no..that's right their out in the open oh ya..

I will be the one wearing the "Mark" name tag, if I can still find it.

I'll be there, hanging out with Team Lapua. This will be my first time there and I'm really looking forward to it, despite all the talk of hard-to-knock-down HP rams, high winds, PM rain showers, and housing with no a/c.

there may not be ac in the housing but you are at 6400+ feet and it gets cool at night, there are two blankets per bunk, and don't be surprised if you need them when the windows are open. And after a rain storm or HAIL storm temp can drop by 20 + degrees, bring a sweatshirt. Or just buy one there!

Mary - Thanks for the advice. I'm planning to pack for hot and cold (and wet), especially when it comes to clothes.

Mary has the correct approach, there is usually some very nice clothing available and not that expensive.
