Just got back from the local National Military Cemetery. Went to place flowers at my dad's plot and to take in the names and ages of some of those that died while on active duty. It really is a humbling experience if you take the time to read the dates and do the math on how young so many were and how many markers are for Unknown Soldiers plots as well.
Thanks to all our Armed Service Active and Veterans for your service to this country.

Even more humbling when you go to Europe and see all the graves of our men that died defending freedom in the different countries and did not come home. We owe a debt of gratitude to all of them.

To all that have served and are serving today

I know now that 18 year olds are still babies that have no business fighting, killing and dying. They are our real national debt.

If it was the Politicians dodging the ordnance, there would be fewer shooting confrontations.
