Monthly Match

We had our first, once a month Saturday, 80 round match yesterday, both hunter and heavy for 2012. It reached 92 degrees by the time we got everything put away and awarded pins, which was 1:45 PM. Two weeks ago I shot in our Thursday eve match to score in heavy class for the first time. Yesterday, I did not register to shoot in both classifications as in no condition to raise rifle 160 times. We took a 1/2 lunch break. It was nice to have Pat join us, who is from IL., who has an hour drive to our range.

My only accomplishment was, both 40 rounds were my normal hunter A scores and did get a 5 pin on chickens. I came into yesterdays match with a change in my hold as shot so poorly the Thursday before with a 11/40. It helped with yesterdays, 15/40 and 18/40, so I think. The revise hold feels a little more comfortable too.
