Update of 5/10 for the Last Dance
Posted: Thu May 10, 2012 12:55 pm
After too many pages in the other posts for updates, I have decided to post something newer.
As of today we have 162 competitors. I have not received the complete El Paso shooters entry forms or some from some call-in calls to Jerry. I am only counting the entries that have arrived here at my office.
As we are only running 5 relays unless we exceed 200, squadding requests have been handled as in the program - "first-come-first-served". I have pretty much placed everyone that has sent in their entries where they have requested but space for two shooters together is getting pretty limited to a possible 3 double spots on banks!
If you have not sent in your registration but plan on attending, it is imperative that you contact me or Jerry to make sure we can get your squadding requests handled as best we can. With only 38 spots left for the five relays it is getting tight!
On another note, I talked to an unclassified shooter from South Carolina today that was told by another shooter (not associated with running this match) that we would have a qualifying match on Friday of our match. THERE WILL BE NO QUALIIFYING MATCHES RUN AT WINNSBORO GUN CLUB FROM MAY 28 - JUNE 3!! NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not have a classification you will shoot in Unclassified or Master Class for the Entire weekend! We have an NRA Approved match on Saturday May 26 for all non-classified shooters.
If there are any more questions, please contact Jerry or myself or Robin.
