Traded-out : Old Weaver 15X with Excellent Tracking

This scope is gone.
I have on offer an old Weaver Target Scope. It was purchased back at the beginning of the last decade after many scope-tracking tests. Some of you probably remember my published results. Maybe they are still online. OK, here's a link to the article and some insightful comments. I did the tracking test with the Weaver T 10X before sending it to Bill Ackerman (he designed the original Mico-Trac system for Weaver) for a total rebuild. I don't recall what the total rebuild cost was, but I remember it was considerably more than the cost of the scope itself.

I'd talked to Bill Ackerman about tracking systems back then because so many of the scopes we were using were all over the place tracking-wise. Some Leopold scopes tracked so badly it was criminal; even after sending them back for repair. I'm am convinced that more than a few animals are missed due to poor scope-tracking. Anyway, Bill convinced me that the old Weaver T series had the best tracking systems in the business. He was right on the money. This scope is right at the top, tracking-wise. I sent the scope to Mr. Ackerman to have it boosted to 15X and as well as completely rebuilt. He did a splendid job. It has new glass in it that is better than the original glass.

Mine has been completely rebuild, new glass and boosted to 15X by Bill Ackerman. I'm asking only $450 shipped to the lower 48. Here's a picture of my scope.
