Solar Flares?? Or is my Chicken load just super hot?

Either the solar flares were messing with my Chrony yesterday, or my C-P-T load is WAY HOT!!
Or... Shooting Chronys are pieces of shi... crap. This thing just came back from being serviced (bad cable) and calibrated. This thing is frustratingly inconsistent. It's pointless.

Tret,
I think I see your problem . . .
It's the "FU" button on the top left!!!
Have fun.

I'd say the calibration lab is not accredited, or there was some p.... poor QC work done.

Maybe I had it on inch mode instead of feet per second.
Shootingstar, I think maybe they stuck the FU button on permanently.
Shooting Chrony has managed to make the simplist device into the most complicated to use tool that I own. What the hell is FU? ST? I guess real estate on the front cover is at such a premium that they couldn't spell out the whole word. And their manual was written by a flunked out lawyer.

Hey watch that lawyer talk! We don't need help with the "FU" button....hell i got one on my phone. Those velocities are probably why you think that 6.5 is the answer...Have you looked for the decimal point?

Someone told you to buy a Pact when you started shopping for a chronograph but noooooooo......
If you still lived around here I'd let you borrow my 15 year old that works flawlessly Pact professional!!!!
Sell that thing to someone that owns a Weatherby 257 or 300, they would be orgasmic over it.

Trent, those manuals are written by a higher class than a flunked out lawyer, they are written by a Chinaman that is still in his first week of
ESOL classes, in other words, intelligent enough to decide what he needs to say.
Now if you were a woman you would understand that ST stands for Sexy and Tender.
BTW I agree with Kevinbear on what you should do with it.

Yeah, I think I am going to sell it and buy a Pact or Ohler.

I'm with shootingstar. It has to be your FU button. Oh, he was talking about the one on the instrument?
