Yes but only in Cowboy smallbore silhouette.

In Cowboy Smallbore Silhouette you can use a .22 Lever Action, Pump or Semi-automatic as long as the gun has a tubular magazine. All rounds must be loaded through the magazine.

Rifle and Pistol Caliber must be a Lever Action with a tubular magazine.
