Since some many newbies are looking for inexpensive scopes to get into the sport I decided to sell one of mine that I never used since I bought it years ago. It's a used Tasco World Class P.L.U.S 10X-40X50MM rifle scope with Dot reticle in like new condition complete with lens covers and two sun shades for $225 delivered any where in the CON US.
Scope weights 1 lb 8 oz. with no sun shade on, so it may be a bit heavy for some custom rifles but may be the ticket for the lighter ones.
The optics are good and exceptionally clear specially at the lower magnifications. The scope was made in Taiwan in 1997 according to what is printed in the box.
I have one other that I put on a Ruger 10-22 in 17 Mach 2 to shoot varmints and I never had issues with it that is why I bought two more that I just put away and never used. I have not shot competition with any of them so I can't tell you how well it tracks or repeats.
In my opinion the World Class P.L.U.S products are a step above the run of the mill Tasco and the Tasco World Class and just one step down from the Custom ones Tasco made.
The first I buy it takes it.
