Spotting for a stranger

Hi to all. I have been saying to myself, that I am going to the next shoot, but being an extreme introvert I always find a reason not to. One of my many concern is spotting for a stranger and being useless. Is there an article for proper spotting? I cannot find one using the search engine.
Thanks in advance.

nemovir, welcome to the sport, as for spotting for a stranger, don't worry about that. Not all matches are set up for spotting, and learning to spot is an art that takes some time. Different lighting coniditions make seeing the bullet in flight easier and once you have seen it, learning what to look for the next time makes it a lot easier even with poor lighting. Just show up and shoot, enjoy yourself and watch others.
