I'd like to replace the hard plastic butt plate on my CZ with a rubber one. Anyone have an idea where I might find one?

You'll probably need a grind to fit, a jig and a bench sander - or buddy with the tools - or a gunsmith.

Go down to the dollar store and pick up a pair of flip-flops. You will have enough material to make several butt-pads that stick to your shoulder. The foam is easy to work with and comes in a wide selection of colors. If you have access to a band saw you can even make them thin.
