this rifle is for sale locally for $800. But the seller has limited info on it as it was his dad's.

Looks like it may have been used for Running Bore Target matches

Looks like an Anschutz 64 barreled action with a custom stock and somebody made a bedding block and added a counter weight to the barrel.
The price is in the ball park with all the work done to it.
