Right now I am talking to a couple individuals on rifle +cash trades, and honestly after sleeping on it after posting I'm not so sure if letting this rifle go is the right thing to do.

Not to be a flake, but I'm gonna dial it back a notch, and put this on hold unless the deal goes through with bugabob.

Well, I've not wanted to do this, but this poor rifle deserves to be on the line dropping animals.
I built it at the height of my interest but have become involved in practical precision rifle competition to the extent that it hasn't been out of its case on a couple years, damned shame.

I ordered a 1712 barreled action and had it delivered to Evelio, who put did the inlet and bedding into the Pharr RT/s.
The only modifications I've done are two pieces of grip tape, one under the trigger guard and one just ahead of the magazine.

$1800 shipped to your FFL (rifle only), $2100 shipped with the Weaver T24 mounted in the BKLs shown.
USPS Money orders or Certified funds that I can walk into a branch of the issuing bank locally and walk out with cash in hand only.

I haven't been active on the forum lately, but I know a couple folks can vouch for me....

I would consider partial trades of 22lr boltguns (or biathalon style actions) set up for practical precision training. Let me know what you have and I'll tell you how much credit I'd offset it.

5109 Two stage yes, lefty RT/s no. Wing safety on bolt, bareled action was bought in 2008 so I'm not sure which old or new you are referring to.

-oh, original barrel yes. Considered a Lilja tight bore when I built it, but it shoots well enough it would have been a needloess expenditure of money I didn't have.

what is the weight of this rifle?

I'm thinking it was 7.5ish. Haven't had it on a match scale since the AZ State Champs in 2008 (one of the last times it was shot) but it makes hunter easily. Evelio built it as a hunter setup.

I don't have a good scale, but could hang it on my trigger pull guage I guess.....

Yup, it had a twin...that is now a McM A3 stocked 6.5 Creedmoor


I "weighed" it on my trigger pull guage and its just under 8lbs. Evelio built it to make hunter weight (if its still 8lbs) and he knows a thing or two about the tech specs

Length of pull is 13.5-13.75"

Dang, that is a good deal for a sweet rig. Someone is going to get a nice one!

I think I shot agianst this rifle in Tulsa Saturday???

Yup, that was me. The rifle was great! I was not.

Shot it at the benchrest range yesterday. Most groups were around MOA at 100 yards but had a 5-shot group of MIdas + that could be covered with a dime.

Getting used to the 2-stage trigger but need to adjust the LOP and just ordered some higher scope rings.

Planning on being at the next Tulsa match.

I swapped out the two stage for a single stage, Just my preference. Not sure on next month at Tulsa but I hope to make it. Man it was hot!
