Ancient ?

Jerry Grenz is ancient , not me. If you want your ears tickled Jerry can do it. Be sure his hands are clean.
Sorry to say I will not be at Missoula this weekend. My wife and I will need most of our remaining vacation time to cover an Alaska trip later this summer. The only other silhouette travel I have planned is the Wyoming SB/HP State match in July and the Missouri Regional HP in August. Good luck at the Iron Man. Give us a match report when you get home.

See you guys there tomorrow afternoon. I'm picking Bruce and Byron up on the way out of here bright and early. Somehow Byron and early just don't seem to fit in the same sentence...

Sorry Bob. Havent had time to sit down and write a report. I'll try and give you the short version for now.
It seems like Mike and Monica Cassidy out do themselves every year. First off a huge THANK YOU!!!! to the both of them for putting this AWESOME match on every year. A big thanks to Terry Kein also. The weather was perfect for Missoula in June, mid 70's both days, no mosquitoes, and plenty of good food supplied by the local church group saving up for Germany in 2012, the baked beans were both might tasty and mighty deadly

.
All the usual suspects from Pe Ell were there, lots of locals and even some friends to the north. There was even a gentelman from New York state by the name of Gary Doerr. Hes a former enduro National champion that my father read about as a teenager in Cycle World. It was fun to see dad get to talk to one of his teenage heros.
The Iron Man for 2011 is Paul Davis who scored a 39 in saturdays smallbore rifle and proceded to pile on the good scores. His total for 8 guns overall was 266 out or a total of 320.
Eric Boos came in second overall with a 265, a mere 1 point behind Paul. Dennis Martinen Finished 3rd with the High Senior even though he doesnt shoot like one.
ReAnn Wilson took home both ladies and junior aggregate. ReAnn was home from Nebraska taking a break from 3 postion collegate compition.
Wondefull people and a wonderfull match is what keeps us coming back and I will definatley be back next year to try and take the Iron Man title.
Will try and post some more later, maybe Byron or Jason can add some to post if they ever got home
