RIP Grandpa

Gerald E. Griffith Feb. 4, 1930 - May 23, 2011 Gerald was born in Yelm, WA to Frank and Hazel Mae Griffith. He leaves behind his wife Dolores, of 62 years; a son and daughter; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and brother John Griffith. A graduate of Clover Park H.S., he worked as an electrician for the DuPont Co. and retired from Boeing. He loved camping, hunting, fishing, and the Mariners. Funeral service 10:30AM Friday May 27, 2011 at Piper Morley Funeral Home. Graveside service to follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family Mike. I didn't know him, but seeing the reflection on life that he cast in you and your boys I know he must have been a great man. Goodspeed.

Sorry to hear that Mike. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Grandpa's are special people. WIsh I still had both of mine.

With a history like Gerald had you have to just be happy all that he experienced and LIVED. We should all be so lucky to live a full life like what is described of Gerald's. That, is a life to be celebrated.
