Do you have a junior shooter you are coaching and would like some helpful hints in all of the aspects of working with a young shooter such as Technique, Mental Management, and the Psychology of working with young shooters? Are you a junior shooter or a "newbie" that needs helpful direction in the sport of silhouette shooting? Do you have questions about equipment, rules, or any other aspect of the wonderful world of silhouette shooting? Does the price "free" appeal to you?

Then we have just what the Dr. ordered. Innocent Mary Watkins along with me, Commander Kitty, along with the cooperation of David McLemore and the other wonderful folks that put on the Southen Nationals have set aside a 2 hour block of time on Friday afternoon before the coon ass team shoot to allow us to host a combination of seminar and clinic for junior shooters, newbie shooters and those who aspire to work with junior shooters. Here is a perfect opportunity to have access to the wealth of knowldege and experience offered by these two well traveled and experienced shooters, both with a proven track record in both shooting and coaching. Cost is free and it will be fun. Please check in here so we will have an idea of how many shooters we will be working with.

Kitty and Mary,
I will be there, and probably Jason too. ( What else will he have to do. He can't get into any trouble both of you are going to be busy)

JDP..well have to limit Jason, he is too young for us to deal with, anyone that can come up with the Peep Team motto that he did...well we wont go there. So has he given you a shirt yet?

No not to trash the great Commander, but he makes it sound like we are a couple ole washed up hitch-hickers....actually I know that I have set a goal of shooting silhouette in as many states as I can, and he and I both enjoy coaching/working with the youngsters and those young at heart. Even taking on the challenge of trying to shoot like them once in a great while!

Feel free (there is that FREE word again!) to join us.

Old and washed up??....I may be coming close to that sometimes, but never the Innocent one lol.....But to put it into perspective....add up our combined years experience and the number of miles we have traveled chasing this game all across the the country and we will look a lot older than we are..

Hello!

Add one more to the list to be in attendance at the clinic. Several weeks ago, I had a question in the small bore forum about stocks for an Anschutz 1712 http://www.steelchickens.com/forums/vie ... 535#p45510 and thanks to Mary's kind reply and recommendation to attend the Southern Nationals I plan on making the trip. This will be my first attendance to a silhouette event of any kind and am looking forward to it. :)

Be prepared for some real teasing going on amoungst some of us, we are a totally disfunctional family...we will have planty to try holding and to shoot.
