Pearland Shooting Club & Paul Freeman put on a great Club championship match today.

I had my 2 sons; Thomas 13 & Samuel 10 shooting, We also brought their 'Louisiana Cousin" Joseph 13 along for his first real time to shot a gun more than a shot or 2. Thomas shot fairly well and Samuel 'shot with honor'. Joseph "JoJo" had a blast.

Luckly Thomas won some more ammo as the Aubin magazine was getting perilously low with 3 shooters doing 2-60 animal matches.

PSC was very 'welcoming' to the younger shooters and put on a great match.

Three Cheers to Paul & PSC!

Pete,

I could not have been happier with the turn out for our last match of 2006. With a total entry of 21 shooters and 8 of those were juniors form age 8 to 18. I hope that we can keep there interest up and that they continue to show up and have fun. Days like Saturday are what keep me coming back and running matches. I wanted this year to be my last running the PSC match, but would rather run it than take the chance of losing the silhouette range at PSC. I am going to try my best to learn to ask for help when I need it. I want to thank Pat Steiger and his family and friends for the help getting the range ready for the match and for the painted target that he provided for the junior shooters as prizes. I also want to thank Mark Collins for running the matches that I could not make over the last 7 years. Hope to see all of my local shooters and maybe a few from out of town next year starting with the 4th Saturday in February.

Thanks, Paul Freeman
