Ladder sights

I just saw a ladder sight from Smith Enterprises and was wondering if any of you have tried the sight and if you think it would be legal in CLA.

I suppose you're asking about the M-95 and a Long Range sight? Those should be legal. Personally, I don't see an advantage to them over a rear tang or receiver mounted peep sight. Now, if this is what you own, then go shoot with them until you feel there's a need to upgrade.

I think they look cool and I want something to elevate the sight for 1000 yard shots.
