A used silhouette vest is not something that would be appealing. We shoot in warm weather, which would leave a lot of the previous owner behind with the vest. You could have one made up by either of the makers in the previous posts.

lol...I loaned a couple of new-to-silhouette shooters a couple of my old vests....didn't take long before they both put in a call to Chris and ordered a new vest....a smelly used vest is one of the better marketing tools Chris has =))

I don't know about that. Other than the Southern Nationals, I don't think I've ever actually sweated in my vest over the last few years of using it. Even down there, it was so hot and humid that I only put the vest on to shoot and immediately took it off. Maybe you need to specify that you're only interested in a used vest from the the northern half of the U.S. :)

I bought a used vest (mine is old enough to have three straps instead of two). Couldn't be happier. I like to think that my used vest comes along with a certain "master mojo". :mrgreen:

Smells like leather to me.
