I spent this past winter making a gunstock for my silhouette rifle. I am not a woodworker, nor a gunsmith. But it was fun! The stock is made from 3 layers of plywood glued together and shaped with a draw knife and a variety of rasps.

Would'nt it be nice if my score actually improved as a result? ;)

Mark, by the looks of it you can now add 'Woodworker' to your title. Great job

Today was the first match I used it in, and it worked pretty good. Normally I only shoot my class a couple times per year, but having a stock that fits you is a huge advantage. The shots broke easy, and I scored in my class with no worries.

For those who do not have a stock that fits, you owe it to yourself to get one. The difference is amazing.

You say you aren't a woodworker, but your project says otherwise.

Holy Smokes!!!!! With a Draw Knife? I have used a draw knife making primitive bows for years and you are obviously a gifted wood worker. Great Job!!
