I loaded a mag of wolf mt the other day in my cz 452 American and shot a pretty good group at 50 and 100meters. After that I loaded 5 rounds one by one into the chamber and the group shrank. I tried it several times and every time it was better loading it single shot. What is the reason for this? At 50meters mag loaded the group was .4-.5. Single loading was .2-.25! At 100 it was around .9 (mag) and .6-.7 single. I figured I would ask the experts! Thanks guys!

Possibly it's shaving or bending he bullet when loading from the clip. That will cause a small change in your group size.

Or pressure on the under side of the bolt from the bullet in the magazine.
You might try loading 4 rounds in the mag and keep it there. Then single load a fresh new round into the chamber over that. You may have to drop the mag when single loading but then put it back in place b4 shooting and do this 5 or 10 times. This test will tell you if it is pressure that is creating the problem.
The second test is to load 4 rounds into the mag. Then shoot the 4th round and reload the 4th into the mag and shoot and so on. This should tell you if it is the bullet being bent or lead being removed as the bullet is chambered from the mag. also you can inspect the bullets to check for any shavings.
You may want to do a third test which is to load your magazine and cycle the rounds into the chamber. Do 10 or 20 of these and look for dents or shavings or whatever. If they are distorted try single loading them to see if it makes a difference in how they shoot. In other words does the distorted round mean it is going to shoot bad.

Well it works great now. Not sure if it was mag tension or not but. It is printing very well now. Thank yall again for the help. I wanted to make sure it was fixed so I fired 20 rounds of eley tenex in 1/4" at 50 meters and 30 in just under an inch at 100yds. Thanks again I was starting to get worried!
