A Shilen Barrel For Sale ( SOLD )

What I have is a Shilen Rifle barrel certificate for sale. This certificate is good for ( 1 ) one pre-turned select match grade barrel blank from Shilen Rifles, Inc. in the holder’s choice of contour, Caliber and twist. This includes any caliber from 17 to 458 that they offer. I’m asking $ 300 for the certificate and you may contact me by E-mail but being the holidays, I may be a little slow in returning your E-mails.

How old is the certificate? Will they give full credit for a barrel or only partial?
