McMillian makes a thumbhole stock for Silhouette. It is still legai?

I've got one on my SB SR and one on my HP SR and I used both of them at the Nationals this year! With that said, I was standing there when one gun clearly didn't fit the jig, a sticker was placed on the scope and away it went! I think as short as they were on competitors (read money) any and all were going to fly!
