The club I belong to has a smallbore silhouette fun match every month and this was my second match.
What a blast!
I have learned that turkeys are very humbling!
I have decided to concentrate on the chickens and pigs when practicing between monthly matches, go after the low hanging fruit first!
I discovered that I'm hooked!

I just started shooting the fun match at our club this past March. It is the most fun I've had in years. Sounds like u are enjoyen it too. I was thinken about switchen to NRA match but I rebarreled my 10/22 and am pretty wobbly. This is a sport that I don't think could get boring. Well congrats and have the time of your life. The more you do it the more you'll love it. Good luck with the turkeys. I think mine duck when I shoot.

I'm using a new 10/22-T with an old made in Japan Tasco scope.
It is what I have on hand and besides I truly believe that the gun isn't responsible for my low count but instead my offhand shooting skills.
