259... we do know what an impassable road looks looks like, that is impassable unless you have a good outboard and dive gear.

Sure we do, Impassable : What you get after a hurricane when you get out of your house or whats left to find your neihbors house is now in the middle of the road.....All in the gulf states...can relate.

1/4 to 1/2 inch of frozen stuff on any road here will make it impassable...at least the cars that slide all into a pile make the road impassable....
