Three weeks ago I dropped a Leupold Sequoia 20-60 spotting scope and broke it. I explained the accident to Leupold and asked for a repair estimate. They asked me to send it in, and then Replaced It for no charge. The replacement arrived today, and it's a brand new, in-box one! Even though this "only" a green ring scope, not their better gold ring, it was still expensive and works great - it's good to have one back!

Kitty has had similar experience with Weaver, and Innocent Mary has good things to say about Sightron, so Leupold is not alone in this. The moral is that quality products from quality companies are worth the premium.
