I understand that a few of you can stomache these creatures, how do you prepare them...

Skin it like a coon (cept I start at the head and go back instead of the ass and go forward, that make sense? hold the upper lip with plyers and another pair to peel him back), filet out the meat, cut up in strips, deep fry in peanut, or canola oil, (for the health conscious). get oil HOT before dunkin, prepare hushpuppies and coleslaw, ice down the beer, take extra Prilosec.
Them looks like what we yoosta call bull head catfish, biggest ones always hung out at the river where the toilet dumped out. (telling my age and background here), and as such is an acquired taste for the palet, pond and lake cats??? well they still sh*t eaters but don't let that stop you from the dining pleasure, they are fine eatin deep fried.
