Food, food everywhere....the only thing better is friends and guns to go with it.

Great looking rifle.

Now my dear BB, I have had a slightly stressful week, with a new supervisor(?)....somebody forgot to tell him he was not my supervisor and the real (???) supervisor pushing buttons hard enough to make a 28 year man walk off the job, and forcing me to go to #2 overall to prevent me from being written up as insubordinate or destroying a half million dollar instrument. Have spent the last two days writing reports and producing documentation of previous problems with the supervisor and his actions. This after ten days in CO which should have been great fun...but went two days without a rental car (don't count on Avis and their roadside services)and trying to correct that requirement that I rent from them.

I think I will burn ammo at the local matches and bath the dogs, if I can swim to the house. We have had another 8 inches of rain this week.
For those that are used to Indian River Citrus for dessert, don't plan on much this year....way too wet.

Mary, thanks for reminding me why I moved to academia despite the pay! It would have been easier for me if I had discovered silhouette years ago!

You might want to rethink bringing your wife to a match. The last ex I had went to all of one match and after the event I was dumb enough to ask her what she thought, and her reply was it was just a bunch of old guys in stupid looking vests! The killer was a state match in Yuma one year. A guy and his son was shooting and they had their campers set up and they brought their better halfs. Well Yuma isn't the garden spot of the world and it was quite windy and warm, and the above mentioned gentlemen weren't hitting that much, and the man's wife was overheard saying that he brought her all the way to Yuma so she could watch him shoot dirt! I mean why didn't she just kick him in the groin?
