TCSA Tioga County Sportsmen Assoc in Owego, NY
Has posted their 2019 SB Silhouette & SB/PC Silhouette Lever Gun schedules on their website at:

TCSA has a covered firing line, a flat level course and put in new berms last year. No setters but there is no problem walking for setup. The club is located about 3 miles off the major highway NY Rt# 17/86 in the southern tier of New York. > Rt# 38 to Carmichael Rd. directions on website.
