Most of our lever guns are JM marked marlins. Good quality guns.

In the last few years I've bought two Marlin xlr 30-30 rifles that I've been in constant fights with.

The tooling and finish seems rough , compared to our JM marked guns, and it takes forever to clean them.

Have any of you bought a recent made Marlin xlr and if so how is the quality?
